These guys have the worst customer service, they gave us “1 year warranty” and then just disappeared after all the issues we had. Our whole neighborhood hates them which is why they went out of business in Kansas City.

We spoke to an agent last year twice and she never called us back with the information we requested. Recently I went on their website to inquire about their homes (Enclave) and still no response. The number number that is on their webaite is not a working number.

Be very cautious if you proceed with any deals with this company. Look at all the reviews available carefully. We put money down and worked with the Sales Manager for 6 months on what we hoped would be our retirement home. We were within a month of closing when the Sales Manager stopped talking to us and wanted to use our Realtor for all communications. We soon found out that what that meant was that all of the communication that we had done with her was worthless unless it was in the contract. This company had at least 3 different lead contractors in the 6 months we were under contract. We only talked to one of them, and he had no idea of what issues we had been concerned with and had been discussing with the Sales Manager. The biggest error in building the home was that they put the drain in the basement opposite from the water heater and HVAC unit. Ultimately, they admitted this was an error, but refused to fix it. We pulled out of the deal and lost $2700.00 and had our heart broke. We gained peace of mind when we drove by the home a month later, when it was to be finished and saw how much was not completed. The retaining wall in the front yard that was just put in, was crumbling due to the poor workmanship. This company is from Colorado and likely has a lot of problems getting good subcontractors.
