        I just want to say what a terrible experience I had here. It took me 5 weeks to get a quote back for a ring. The gold ring was horribly bent after I slept with it on. They told me $1200 to reshape and add gold to it. I figured since there was already $1200 in damages to a ring thats not even worth that, I would try and reshape it. I did and its perfect. I feel as though Kay Jewelers attempted to scam me out of hundreds of dollars.
