Gregory was fantastic. We had a couple of heavy items to hang on our walls since the completion of a recent renovation, and wanted it to look professionally done. The job was too much for my husband or myself. So we called Handyman. They sent Greg out to install our shelves and an electric fireplace. He had the job done exactly how we needed it and it looked awesome. We always had trouble finding someone to do small jobs around the house and Handyman was very quick in responding to our needs. I do not pay for an estimate. This happened once before and the 'technician' gave me an unbelievable quote and when I declined, insisted on his $200 service 'fee'. This has scam written all over it.

First call they answered and were great. Greg came out and did the estimate. nothing since. Every call since goes to VM and no call back. I have not been able to get a person on the phone for over a week. I would like to change my review to awesome if they ever come back with a quote and do the work..... Update. changing to one star after reading reply. I would have been fine with waiting if told and didnt have a project that needed a quick turn around. Both people doing the scheduling and estimating set expectations to be quick. I would have called someone else if the company was honest about the real timeline. Saying you Apologize for a free estimate as you put it is no apology at all. Thats passive aggressive. Its pretty standard for handy services to give free estimates.
