Thank you so much for failing to oversee your employees and allowing Sean to completely screw us in our tax and stock planning. We missed major decisions in our financial planning because our tax accountant had zero checks & balances in place and then left before we could follow up. Very unfortunate the amount of money lost due to this error.

This company bills people on behalf of companies but yet they dont know what they are billing for. I called and left a voice-mail for Judy Tuxbury and Madonna called me back.. i was trying to understand if this the bill will be annual for 30 or 32 years. She was extremely rude when all i was trying to understand is if its for 30 or 32 years. When I asked when I would receive a followup call, with the details I was requesting she said she can't give me any idea as the company they are billing on behalf of is very unresponsive. I explained thats not an acceptable response and I would like her to stop speaking so disrespectful to me as she kept talking down to me. She replied that I was being rude and I asked her to confirm her name and she told me that she would not confirm her name and hung up on me. I called back and she answered and I asked to speak with her supervisor she said no and hung up on me again. I left a voice mail on Katie Stearns VM and have yet to hear back. I am calling their client next to let them know what going on and how this company is talking about them.
