ADP St. Louis

If zero stars were possible I would choose. Horrible customer service, a website that barely functions, a mobile app that functions less than the website and no answers when issues need to be resolved. I am now owed over $450 in insurance payments taken from my account due to a mistake on their end. It will continue and I am left with the bill. Advise your company to stay far away from ADP. I have used several other services and all are far superior.

Just try talking to a live person, will never recommend, looking for another payroll company will not be having adp process the payroll at my other company will be cancelling my 401k service as well

This place is ridiculous. I left them earlier this year due to horrible service, then they come into my store practically begging for another chance and I waste personal time on 6 occasions to hear each pitch , then they rush me into taking the offer and when I did.. now they are dragging their feet. Its been weeks since I heard back from someone
