Have been a Digital Blue customer for over 2 years now. Have a great TV package that saved my family over $125 per month with exactly the same channel lineup. Great install experience too. Highly recommend them.

These people hire people who are not too bright. They must be making money in some other way besides selling their 'product'. Seems they have limited service abilities and have 'installers' and customer service people ready and willing to tell you they cannot offer the wider service of Direct TV because they use a different 'sky' than the competitor. However they are unable to tell me which 'sky' these satilittes are using. "We have Direct TV and can receive signals then Dish must be able to also, right?" "Well, sir...we are 2 different companies and use different parts of the sky to get signals."
"Well, then can't you install a Dish pointing to the 'right' sky, correct?" "Not if we can't get a signal."
"There is no obstruction in any direction on the roof...I don't understand; has that damn Death Star parked itself over the house again?"
