Their bid was competitive but when the final invoice was submitted the price was almost double. He said the reason for the additional cost was that there was unforseen damage and that the extra material was expensive. A little bit of water damage under the door. It was a little piece of plywood that was about 6'×6". It took them maybe 15 minutes to replace and when they cut out the bad wood they cut into my hardwood floor. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to the owner Scott and he is obviously avoiding me. This company does shoddy work and are untrustworthy.

Very disappointed. These guys are crooks. We called on them to fix some leaky windows shortly after moving into a new house. They charged well above what should be a reasonable amount for a few hours worth of work, and when I questioned them about it the only explanation was "the materials are expensive". So I pressed, asking for an itemized receipt got no response whatsoever for 2 months. Still nothing - they got their money, but I would never trust them again.
