Terrible food, and they get the order wrong everytime! Seriously you will not have a good experience here. I feel like as a community we should just go ahead and let this location close. This is one of the easiest jobs there is, and the lobby isnt even open. What are they doing in there that they cant do anything right or even answer a phone when the order is wrong? Maybe its the district managers fault and they are not being trained? My 11 year old could listen to an order and put the right things in a bag. This is getting ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru and right when we pulled up the worker said it was a 5 minute wait just to order! Never heard of that before! I understand everyone is short staffed, but a 5 minute wait just to order your food when there was only a few cars in the line is ridiculous! Ended up leaving and going to a different one down the road.

Was told it would be a 5 min wait just to order my food in the drive through, when there were literally two cars at the drive thru window. Left, and ended up at taco bell instead

Seems all restaurants are being hit with an employee shortage. Business hours were really hit hard. I believe the hours of operation were 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.. got what we ordered. Food was hot and was good.

Under staffed, probably due to folks not willing to work. Waited 10+ min to place my order. I was craving an Ultimate Cheese Burger. Placed my order, received the wrong order but I didn't notice it until I left drive thru window. Went back to drive thru line, she said it would be 15 min before taking my order and I was immediately cut off. Pulled out of line to go to lobby. Lobby was closed, got back in drive thru line, waited my turn. When I told her I received wrong order, she acted like that was impossible. I reordered and waited again. Received correct order. 2 sandwiches, I only ate 1, took some 45 minutes. Ate it in less than 2 minutes since I didn't order fies. Overall disappointed. America needs to get back to work otherwise too many businesses will be closing or deciding that can operate on a much reduced staff!
