        Initial meeting with Royce to do my 2015 tax return was great but all subsequent communication and service by the company over the last three years has been bad. It appears that they do not care for my business most clearly demonstrated by the fact that they do not respond to my emails. The company made several errors on my tax returns despite my tax return being very straight forward and my emails providing them with guidance. St Louis City audit has found that local tax was not being withheld on my W-2 nor included on my tax return. In my opinion the tax accountants should have caught and fixed this error or at least mentioned the omission to me so that it could have been addressed. This ommision cost me over $600 in penalties and interest.
