Senior Helpers of Webster Groves

Senior Helpers is excellent in figuring out what the client needs and matching the client to the correct caregiver. I recently used them for myself due to temporary unavailability of my private caregivers and they sent Michelle S. Who was perfect: prompt, attentive, caring and skilled. I am a paraplegic due to MS and have had various caregivers over the last 20+ years, and Michelle S. was the best I ever had!

Senior Helpers of Webster Grove provided in-home care for my mother for about 5 years. At first, it was "companion" type day care, but as she became more frail, Senior Helpers provided overnight care as well. They did an excellent job - the people they sent over were well-screened, and were kind, caring and reliable. My mother really felt a connection with her care givers. We tried "do it on our own with family connections" in order to save a few nickels, but there was always some reason why the person couldn't show up - changed jobs, moved out of the area, had personal relationship issues, were severely late, or had better things to do. Worse yet, family thought they were doing us a big favor by just showing up (even though they were well paid!). My advice - don't cheap out on your mother during the final days of her life.

I have always had a great experience with the staff- friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. The office staff work hard to be accommodating to my Dad's changing schedule. I appreciate their flexibility.
