        Innovative Living Solution is where I attend three days out the week. I enjoy doing the meditation exercise which I love doing. We go bowling and other outings as a team. I been there for 4 months also I learn alot. At the end of the day you feel good about yourself. We also reach are goal's and enjoy coming to Innovative Living Solution.
