I called Sam B. Heating & Air Services to check a leakage in my AC unit. The drain pan was overflowing because the drain pipe was clogged up. Justus solved the problem and told me to pour 1/4 cup of bleach in the drain pipe once a month to prevent this from happening again. I was very satisfied. The service charge was fair. I highly recommend them.

Our heater stopped unexpectedly and dont know the reason behind this. I decided to call Tony to help me with this issue. He responded quickly and gives him detailed information about my heater issue. He came and thoroughly worked our heater. He also told me behind the heater issue. Hes so great and very professional. I recommend Sam B. Heating & Air Services for your HVAC issues.

My introduction to this company and Mike, was during an air conditioner crisis. He came as he had said, he made the necessary repair on the same day...a gift! I have since had the water heater replaced and have a service contract with them. I can whole heartedly recommend this awesome company.

Very happy with my service. My technician came out the same day as my call, and was able to diagnose and repair my system in the same visit. My heat had been running non stop on the cold days and barely keeping up, it now works properly, and I have no doubt I will get back the service fee in reduced running costs in just a month or two. Thats money well spent.

I got top notch service from this company. My AC stopped working last week, I spoke with Dennis the owner and he sent a technician right away. Thomas is very knowledgeable, communicative and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend hiring them for HVAC project.
