I left numerous emails and calls to this company and never received a call nor an email back i will never refer them to anyone ever again . Very unprofessional , however i did find a blessing no thanks to this company

Lawn and Beyond helped me out again this year. I had a ton of leaves and just no way I could get them cleaned up by myself. I got them out to the curb and they came by and sucked them right up! So thankful they did it on short notice. Highly recommend them for all lawn care needs!

I'm a little late posting this, but better late than never. I get angry every time I walk past my front yard and wanted to share my feedback. I had been a customer with Lawn and Beyond since 2018. We hired them to take care of our front and back yard, which was full and healthy at the time. Fast forward to today, I have giant dirt patches in my front lawn caused by their mower blades digging into the hill. Where I live, they mass mow the neighborhood. Meaning a guy on a riding mower just hops from one yard to the next, without really paying attention to where he's going. We've lost a few bush seedlings because of this. 🙃 Weeds also started popping up in the front and back yard (you can see the weeds filling in the giant dirt patch in the attached photos). They weren't always this careless; the quality of the service has really gone downhill. The crew who came out to my house didn't seem to pay much attention to the work they were doing. No one ever noticed or took time to fix the giant dirt patches they were causing. I pointed the patch out a few times, but that info never stuck. They'd just show up again in two weeks and mow over it again, making it worse. When I called to cancel my service in September and asked if they could do anything to repair the damage they caused, I got a story about how all their mowers had been stolen and they couldn't go to any site. Funny enough, a few weeks later I saw one of their trucks leaving a site with two or three mowers in tow. They aren't cheap and I had been a customer for years. I would have appreciated some kind of follow up to fix the damage and neglect, but I got nothing. I now have to find a new lawn service to repair the damage they've done to my yard.
