We booked this company for our 5 year olds birthday to go see christmas lights. He has been saying for almost a year that is all he wanted for his birthday. The date we reserved the bus, it snowed a lot and it wasnt safe to operate. It was unfortunate weather and timing, but nothing anyone could do. While on the phone, we confirmed that we would reschedule for the following Monday. The day came and we called over a dozen times to verify they would be there, and got zero response. They never showed up and my 5 year old was incredibly disappointed. We have attempted to call them for the last month over 20 times. The emails we sent bounce back as undeliverable. Finally my wife called tonight from a different number and a woman answered and claimed to only have worked there for 2 days. After asking basic questions and getting nowhere, the woman told my wife to not bother calling back because they wouldnt answer. This place is a total scam and has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. We still have not been given a refund! Stay away!!!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! This place is absolutely trash and unprofessional. They were supposed to be our wedding party bus for this weekend and we havent been able to get ahold of them since making the final payment over a month ago. No return phone calls from voice mails, Facebook has been deleted and emails are now bouncing back that were once used for communication. If you closed down the least you can do is let those who have reserved with you know rather than taking all of our money. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked this company for a party bus for my wedding and I found out 30 minutes after it was supposed to pick us up that the bus broke down and they didnt have any other options for me. I actually had to find this out on my own the day of my wedding.. I had to call and ask where the bus was, they were very nonchalant when they told me its on the side of the highway, they forgot this was for a wedding!! I understand that things like the breakdown are out of their control, while I am upset this happened this is not what is infuriating me, what is infuriating me is the fact I was told the day of that they would give a full refund. This was almost 2 months ago and yet I havent seen a refund at all, not only that but I have called MULTIPLE times and not a single response or call has been given back to me. They took my 1000 dollars for the bus and still have not given it back. If I were you reading this review I would take it as a sign to not do business with them. Save yourself the stress and go with a more reliable company.

We were given a smaller bus than what we reserved for resulting in not being able to have everyone attend the bus ride. We understand mechanical issues happen (a flat tire that we were not contacted about prior to the event) but they are saying they provided a 22 passenger bus but we could only fit 15 people in the seats when we reserved a 26 passenger bus and the contract states a similar size and quality which neither of those were provided. The bus was way smaller, led light strips that kept tripping out. We got a very basic bland bus when we reserved a "luxury bus". We paid 850 for a 26 passenger and were given a smaller vehicle and charged a full hour overtime when we arrived at our end location at 1am. This definitely bummed out our wedding party. We were expecting an amazing luxury bus when we got a plain regular bus. very disappointing and customer service is no help. They did not follow contract and had false advertisement.

Good Morning - I wanted to leave an excellent review for the awesome time we had on July 30 in the 30 ppl bus. But most importantly I also wanted to acknowledge Angel and King. They were so professional, enthusiastic and responsive. If we needed anything they were right on it. If you give out a best customer service award, they are the winners!
