Our initial experience when they picked us up from the St. Louis Airport was good. Driver however was not really focused on the passenger comfort. Past experiences with transportation companies, we were offered water or beverage. This company did not. We arrived to our hotel perfectly though. Now, our return trip from the hotel to the airport was very disappointing. I expect some kind of compensation for this unprofessionalism. We set our time for 839 and it was confirmed by Alex the owner and by the driver assigned (Mohammed). 820 was texted by driver that he would be there to pick us up and Alex confirmed 830 the night before. 830 came and left. My husband texted Mohammed at 845an and no response. At 9am I called the company and it was the service that answered and she stated Alex was in with another customer and to keep our phones available for him to call us back. Then Alex stated he tried calling us several times however we were standing outside of the hotel and when we finally spoke to him he stated would be standing a black suburban in 5 min. 20 mins later a driver showed up. No phone call from Alex no phone call from the original driver. Then once we arrived to the hotel, the driver said we owed more money ($65 he said) and he got in the phone with Alex after I showed him I paid already. Very unprofessional and I would never use this company again due to the lack of communication and professionalism. If I was this companies owner, I would have gotten into a car, and did anything and everything to correct this situation. I EXPECT SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE. Elite Transportation served our family for a funeral with one of there spacious sprinter vans that was very clean and arrived promptly to our destinations. 5 star rating
