We had a great experience with Arin as first-time homebuyers. She understood very well what type of home we were looking for and respected all the parameters of our search. At no point we felt pressured to go with or accept anything; working with Arin was not stressful at all, which was how we imagined working with a realtor would be. She did a great job guiding us through the whole process and paperwork. Her recommendations for other services (such as lender, inspector, etc.) were also great. Arin was extremely responsive and always available to take our calls and texts. We strongly recommend her and would work with her again.

We are first time home buyers who did at least a year of prep work before we were in a place to purchase. After all that time, we looked at 24 homes before finding the one we purchased! Arin never made us feel as though we were taking too long or being too picky. She was as excited to show us the first house as she was to show us the 24th house. She was always just a text or phone call away when we needed clarification. She kept us on our deadlines and we would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

We absolutely loved working with Arin on our first home purchase! She was incredibly patient with us and helped us understand the true ins and outs of the whole home buying process. She introduced us to neighborhoods that we have ended up loving and exploring, even if we couldn't move into all of them. Both my husband and I really appreciated that she was so knowledgeable on the truly important things to consider when buying a home. She definitely encouraged us to look past the listing pictures and price and look into the true condition and other important factors of the home when making an offer (ahem, the basement!). On top of her technical knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate, we really appreciated Arins down to earth nature and how fun she was able to make the home buying process, even in such a hot market. Arin made sure that we felt like true partners in the home buying process. There is no question too small (or too dumb!) to ask her and her patience was endless. We cannot wait to show her what we have done with the house after moving in. Of course, we are also very excited to recommend her to family and friends as an amazing realtor and advocate for Saint Louis, especially as a fellow transplant to the city.

Arin has a true gift for making people feel at ease and in good hands. As a first time homebuyer, Arin walked me through every step of the way and really took the time to answer my questions. Arin will immediately be your best friend. As first-time home buyers, it was a daunting task to even start the process of looking for a house. But Arin helped us navigate the process with a kindness and an expertise that we were always in awe of. It was so apparent from our first communication that Arin just got us, and she always was looking out for our best interest... making sure we knew what to look for in a home, not pushing us outside of our financial comfort zone, and negotiating a deal that got us our dream starter home. Thank you Arin for making this process so smooth! If we had more money, we would buy another house just to work with you again!
