My wife and I had been renting from an individual homeowner who needed to sell her home quickly because her daughter had been accepted to Alabama University. The homeowner need money for the tuition. When told the home was being sold, my family was panicked and in desperate and dire need to pack and begin looking for new housing. Quite a lot to stomach for a family of 5 who biilt our lives in the area around the home. Velocity bought the home, but took time to understand our situation and with research and the ability to get to know our family. Velocity offered my family to stay and pay rent with the potential to possibly buy as our credit situation improved. Now my family feels safe knowing that we are cared for and have a personal connection with our lanlords. Velocity Home Buyers is the place to sell your property. We wanted to sell our property as we were moving out of town. We however did not want to list it to avoid a constant stream of people being in and out, and we had a specific date when we wanted to move. We reached out to a few cash buyers who tried to low-ball us. We contacted Velocity and got in touch with Greg. He was very thorough in his explanation of the process. Their offer was very fair, and they were willing to work with our terms of vacating the property. The entire process was made so seamless! Their entire team is very professional, and it is clear from their communication that they have a mutual trust and respect for each other. Hello, So before I found Velocity Homebuyers, I was in a really tough spot basically stuck between a rock and a hard place. Long story short, I was dealing with a tragic situation that happened with my boyfriend that landed him in a spot that took away his freedom. He is now fighting for his freedom. With that being said, he needed the money to get a lawyer. Well he appointed me Power Of Attorney so I could handle all his responsibilities. So I started looking for someone to buy the house. I got a couple of leads from people bc I work in the public so I talk to a lot of people. Well I showed it a few times and gotten 2 offers but every time something went wrong which made it even more hard each time to complete the sell. I was literally so stressed out dealing with that situation being Id never had to deal with anything like this before let alone on my own. Well driving to work one day I heard the commercial for Velocity Homebuyers, so I decided to call then I immediately hung up. I was thinking to myself do I really wanna deal with this again, another let down another getting my hopes up for it not to happen. Well I guess the call still went through because maybe an hour later somebody was calling me from the office. We kept missing each others calls, then they finally got in touch with me. I Scheduled the appointment with Justin and he met me over there. We had a great talk, I explained my whole situation to him and he told me right then and there I didnt have to worry anymore and he would help me. He did just that. I could not thank this company enough for helping me complete the sale and taking all that stress off my shoulders. They took care of everything and I barley had to do anything on my end.
