Food tastes a bit bad

Arrived around 9pm to meet with an old friend, the waitress checked our drinks only once, when they delivered the food, and as soon as 11pm came they started reaching over us to clean our table and told us "We're closed, you have to leave immediately." Working at a restaurant myself I could deal with most of the issues, but we were appalled at being forcibly kicked out. Then, we exited the wrong door and were locked in the mall. They refused to acknowledge us to let us back in so we could leave the proper parking lot door. We ended up having to use the emergency exit.
