Rosie Shields Manor (Beyond Housing)

Two stars bc my parent likes her neighbors. I'd personally give ZERO. A safety issue has occurred from a lighting fixture being out for over a month now. The sav-a-lot grocery across the parking lot has closed down. It was so convenient and one reason this place was chosen. My parent doesn't have transportation and the walk to the store was very therapeutic. All management can say is, " we don't have enough staff and can't keep staff". That's truly not my parents problem. However it would be a problem if my parent was to say, " I don't have the rent this month, I can't keep any money". See how absurd that sounds? The legally binding contract is not being honored. This particular building is giving the beyond housing corporation a bad look. Y'all need to DO BETTER. These tenants are either disabled or senior citizens.

I know some residents who stay her. They experience lack of heat. Today has hit negative temperatures. These are parents and grandparents. This should not happen. Where is the integrity people should have?
