I'm disappointed in this Dobbs. I went there to replace a battery...done. I was told my front brakes were at 3mm and needed replacing. I decided to take the car to my dealer. They found the brakes were at 6mm and ok.

Fantastic service. I called about a burned out tail light bulb and they fit me in the same morning before I went to work.

In my opinion 1 star is much too high for the service I received on my 2008 F150 which I took in on 8-6-21 because the brake light was on and the ac would not hold a charge. The mechanic replaced a part that I obviously did not need and said that they could not find a leak in the ac. Long story sort and $1206.00 later the ac blew cold air until about 8-25-21 and now it does not, the brake light came back on and has been on since 8-7-21 and I was told that it would cost $1800 to fix. I need to have a tune up but will definately not go to them. They may just need to sell tires.

The care I have received here has been above and beyond. I have brought three different cars here in the summer of 2021. One of them was a major repair for my friend that I wanted to pay for. First they estimated that the car needed a full transmission rebuild for $3,400. The bill actually came to under $500 because only the cable came off in the transmission. Mike and Joe were both involved and took care of my friend in an honest and exemplary manner and the same for my cars. I will never take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

I came in 10 minutes before closing and Coleman the mechanic was more than happy to check the air pressure in my tires helping me and my family get home safe and I couldn't be more appreciative these guys rock. Thanks Coleman
