Arnel and his team did a great job removing our old tile and installing hard wood. The communication was consistent, they showed up when they said and the install looks great! They worked hard to minimize the disruption to our house and did all they could to contain the dust/debris. I would highly recommend Arnel and his team!

Where do I begin to say how amazing Arnel and his team is. We were remodeling a home and were looking to have a white washed look to our red oak floors, I called around everywhere and either no one did it or had the confidence to make it look good. I called Arnel and he came by that day and right away said he would do it and it would look good. I immediately felt confident because of his knowledge and care for his product and customer. His team worked so hard to get our floors sanded, refinished and done in time looking amazing! Then our cabinet painter damaged some areas because they were careless with very harsh chemicals….Arnel immediately came by and worked around the clock to fix them and get them ready so we could move in. Without Arnel and team we don’t know what we would have done. No questions asked Arnel was there to save the day. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I worked with a local designer/builder on a gut rehab of a house in Botanical Heights. Arnel did a great job installing a beautiful hardwood floor in the main room. Unfortunately, the builder did sloppy work installing the baseboards, which left gaps in the flooring near the walls. This was the builder's mistake and had nothing to do with Arnel's installation. Regardless, Arnel stepped in and took care of the problem. The simple addition of some baseboard shoe molding made all the difference. His team is courteous, professional, and does excellent work. He clearly demonstrated integrity and commitment to quality, which is more than I can say for the builder. I would (and will) recommend Arnel's to anyone building or rehabbing a home! The floors turned out amazing and it helped us sell our house. Tom and his crew were very professional and always available to answer questions. They squeezed us in on a quick timeline and we were happy with their service.
