Like most things life, buying a home is all about being in the right place at the right time, and most importantly, having the right people in your corner. Cam and I are incredibly grateful to Voyles Realty, specifically Kate and Josh, as well as our friend Shaina from Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group who connected us with them. Kate was exactly the right fit for us, actively listening to our unique needs, responding quickly to our many questions, and advising us confidently throughout the process. One of the many things we appreciated about Kate was her proactive approach to checking in (and on) us, especially when life got busy or our search got discouraging. Kate started out as our agent but quickly became our greatest advocate, and now cheerleader, as we celebrate closing on our new home together! If we could give Kate and Voyles Realty 10 stars, we would actually give them 11, and cannot recommend them enough. In our experience, any new homebuyer would do well to have Kate and really the entire team at Voyles Realty on their side.

Josh and his team have been wonderful throughout the selling process. They provide clear information and expectations and are always willing to lend a hand. Josh has a very patient and laid back personality, which helps to temper and balance inevitable seller anxiety. It's easy to see Josh takes pride in providing client service and building relationships; his team will be a great partner and resource throughout the sales process and beyond. I'd also like to call out the amazing job done by the team's photographer, Angie. So many pictures of houses are filtered and retouched to the point they oversell the house and disappoint in person. I was so pleased with the photos of my house as they highlighted the qualities, but were realistic and provided an accurate representation of the property. I'm thrilled my house sold quickly during opening weekend with multiple offers!
Update 12.13.2023- We worked with Kate over the last 5 months to find our new home. Kate has been responsive, available for questions and to show us homes. We recently closed on our home, which is perfect for us; patience has paid off! Kate's talents really shined when it came time to write our offer and manage the inspection and closing process. Kate's process in writing our offer solidified our confidence she was looking out for our best interests. The night before closing, we were experiencing multiple snags that came close to delaying our closing date. Kate knew it was important to us to have access to our new home before the weekend; she worked well into the evening and early morning to ensure closing proceeded as scheduled. Without Kate's hard work, dedication and leadership we never would have been able to navigate the home buying process on our own!

We listed our house with Voyles Realty and were very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the entire process. Josh Voyles was very responsive and got everything moving quickly even though Christmas was approaching. Every staff member we had contact with could not have been more helpful. The photographer they sent out was amazing and Renee made a point to be there also to assist. Even with the holidays close, we had many showings, offers the first weekend and a contract the day after the open house. From when we contacted Josh Voyles to closing was less than a month. We would certainly recommend Voyles Realty. Josh and his staff made the entire process as easy as possible for us.
