Viking Apartments

Not cleaned! Trash left every where stains on floors. Laundry room’s are dirty, machines don’t work. I’ve got friends in columns that have tried to get there ac fixed for months it’s dripping water like a river. Mail boxes have had the lock’s punched out or doors taken off. Pool table are ripped up. These new owners that bought the complexes don’t care and you can see it. Don’t let them fool you with the renovated apartments they will show you all they did was paint the walls grey trim white hard wood floors from carpet and put in led bulbs all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets counter tops sinks stayed the same. We use to have a cleaning company come in and clean the stair wells and laundry rooms etc and haven’t seen them in probably 6months -year. Absolutely filthy!

Cute little apartment but spacious enough for 2 people. The staff is great. Mary is very helpful and accommodating. We’ve loved living here!

I've lived here for over a year now and I love it. I haven't had any problems with neighbors or with the apartment building itself. If you're looking for a place to move into, this is it! I was desperate and looking for a place to move into a year ago, but I'm so happy I found this apartment, it has truly been a God send. I've never had any bug problems, even in the middle of summer living on the ground floor, no obnoxious neighbors, and the rent is lower compared to others. Despite the lower cost of rent, the apartments are still very nice! Almost too good to be true! This apartment is great towards those who are struggling, and Carol the apartment manager is such a sweetheart too! I recommend this apartment to literally anyone who says their looking for an apartment to move into.
