I WOULD NOT GO HERE!!!!! Horrible customer service. the guys were not rude just bad service. had my phone for 6 days when they said it would be same day. like pulling teath to get it done always an excuse each time i went in, but never got a phone call. One would think they knew how phones worked and could use it to call your customers to let them know whats going on!!!! they give a 30 day warranty on work but i wouldnt even take it back for that!

1 star only bc I have to add a star! I had a TERRIBLE experience with Wireless Warehouse. They agreed to replace the shattered LCD screen on our iPhone 5c. Apparently, the repair was more than they could handle, so they attempted experimental soldering and ended up damaging the computer of the phone beyond repair. I never granted permission for them to solder my phone, or to do anything other than replace the screen. To make matters worse, when I tried to seek reparations, the owner was rude and threatening, yelling at me to get the F*** out of his store. So much for customer service.

Horrible customer service and even worse communication. They had my phone for 6 days and i made several trips to get it because they said it would be done at different times and each time it was not done.They never called when they said they would. Plenty of excuses but no actions. and Worst repair experiance ever. Next time i will pay more for better service.

They have freaking sweet deals here! Very nice people too. I just got an iPhone 4 for $179.00 and I am stoked! They also have cool colors for new glasswear on Iphone. Just cool and WAY better deals than anything I had seen online and stores in the past 3 months.
