Does not care about client outcomes, has to be nagged to do his work. His paralegal yelled at me twice over the phone making communication awkward at best. I would give 0/5, but it's not an option. He let a brief sit in court, according to his paralegal, for three months not requesting a response from opposing council or a default judgement; for three months my attorney did nothing for my case. The only advice he ever offered me was to settle for the first offer because I could just get insurance through the extended enrollment period on the ACA website, which ended one or two weeks before my check was even mailed to me. Refused to tell me why he requested an alternative judge. All he'd tell me was that the outcome would be better but they don't just switch judges because it gives an attorney a better chance there has to be some conflict of interest(s). Refused to discuss the number of cases he has. I also strongly suspect that while I was in deposition he was working on other cases as it was done over a conference line. The reason I suspect he was working on other cases is that I did something four or five times before he told me to not do it. Now, I'm seeking treatment in Mexico due to the paltry sum he got me
