        We have been trying to get parts for 3 months to repair our 2020 Buick thru your body shop. Not a dealership problem but a general motors company problem. Our 1st new car a 1956 Buick. I have been a proud Buick owner thru the years, I have been told that the shop cannot get an answer . Let me know what you can do? Jack & Irma Radden

        Service was very slow, and minimal if any information provided. I had to contact the Sales Manager to get a loaner car 4 days after the care was brought in. I had to pay the towing carge when the car stopped running. I felt that Underriner Service Department was uncaring and unresponsive to my needs relating to the New BuickI purchased. They did finally fix the car.
