Jeff Keil and his staff are the best insurance agents I have had. I would recommend them to anyone. Always professional, kind, and helpful. Every time Ive had an issue or a question, they have been prompt and happy to answer!

I am one that likes face to face interaction rather than doing something important like insurance over the internet or by mail. Everyone in Jeff's small office recognizes me when I go in--I like & appreciate that. I recently met with Jeff for an "annual" policy review. When Jeff's office asked to set this up, I thought "We're happy with our policies & coverage, what are we going to gain?" I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough Jeff was in reviewing our coverage. We have both home & car insurance with State Farm. Sure, there was the routine "Is this still your phone number, email, etc." But then Jeff carefully explained our coverages, what discounts we currently get, how and WHY we might want to adjust the deductible on our homeowners policy. No pressure to buy new insurance or upgrade existing policies. Just a thorough review of what we have and why we might want to tweak a few things.
