Walked into this Arbys and the first thing I see is an employee cooking with her face mask under her chin not on her face. There is no point to the masks if they are not worn properly. She came out of the employee door (next to the order counter) like this. What is the point of the mask then? This is not why I gave a 2 star review. The reason is because I was standing waiting for my food and an employee came out in open toe sandals. She sat down with some food, proceeded to take off one sandal, took an Ace Bandage Wrap out and wrapped her foot/ankle out in the dining room. She then proceeded to pick up her food and started eating it. All this was done and she didn't wash her hands after putting the wrap on. I can tell you this is absolutely unacceptable for so many reasons. The lady who took my order was very friendly, wore her mask correctly, and my order was done quickly. I think her name was Marie(?). The food itself was ok.

This Arbys is very nice, quiet environment. It's next to a river and near the interstate so you can quickly grab a bite to eat before your trip or while you're on the road. Good customer service too.

Went through drive through, good attitude from employee but the roast beef quality was so terrible I can't see myself eating at arby's ever again. The bun had more moisture.
