He was completely unprofessional and could not get the job done in a timely manner would not reccomend this shop go to an accredited shop like Tracy's or spidells.

I was involved in a small fender bender with my company work vehicle. John St St Nick's told the insurance company that I would need to have my entire front bumper replaced as it was "non-repairable", I thought that was suspicious as there was little to no damage. Out of suspicion I marked the original bumper in a descreat spot. When I was called and told that "the new bumper was on" I took and a lot and found that they had simply billed the insurance company for a new bumper and replacement, buffed and spray painted my original bumper and claimed the repair was complete. When I called John out on this he said that it was just a mixup and if I came back right away without telling anyone he would install the new bumper. I'm not sure how you accidently spray paint an original bumper instead of fixing it. DISHONEST CHEATS
