The people who work the front desk were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have a cool vibe. Parking ramp attached is convenient. Only issue was that the restaurant didn't have an up to date menu for drinks. They were out of quite a few things we wanted to try.

Original, unique vibe, nastalgia and Nebraska theme decor interesting and fun. Might come back if I wasn't traveling with my kids and pet. No hot tub was a bummer and pool and overall hotel was older and smelled as such. Beautifuly maintained and very comfortable. No breakfast included, small bathroom.

Very unique hotel! Eclectic decor. Fun vibe and in a great location. In the heart of Lincoln! Very clean. We had a great view of Memorial Stadium from our room. Parking garage is convenient but a tight squeeze for larger cars. Hotel did not enforce the local mask mandate. Overall, I would recommend. So fun to stay in a place that isn’t a “typical” hotel.

Stayed here on a Sunday through a Tuesday for an implementation training. The decor is not my taste, but I understand the concept. It is decorated like the Brady Bunch goes to college. There are some very neat and retro pieces and items strategically placed that take you back into Nebraska’s history. Lots of homage to previous Husker players and Lincoln history as well. We were there during COVID with their newly(2nd time around) mask mandate. There were no problems. Guests stayed distanced and the hotel made it possible to do so. I felt like things were clean or would be the next time I came back around. The room was set up like a dorm or young adult bedroom. I felt like I was staying in my brother’s room…a little weird but not enough to keep me from sleeping through the night. The bathroom was fairly small however the things that need to be in the bathroom were there and worked just fine. There is one hook on the back of the door which is slightly inconvenient. Other hotels have another hook set on the wall at least. One hook is okay for a family or couple, but we were staying there as co-workers and the extra space for personal items and hanging wet towels would have been welcomed. Other than that…it was a fine stay. We went up to the 2nd floor for our catered lunch one day. We sat outside of the indoor pool. It was a nice place to go and enjoy the nice weather. I also utilized a he gym on the 2nd floor. Nice treadmills and other cardio and weight equipment available. WE discovered The Graduate is a dog friendly hotel. I saw three dogs in the lobby and on the elevator but never had any problems with them. I never heard a dog bark while I was there either. Lastly, they do have bikes for rent if that’s your interest A few notes…they have a small breakfast area in the lobby which was closed due to covid so the options were the restaurant on site or walk somewhere downtown. Also, bring water with you to your room. The water they sell is $5 a bottle!!!!😳 I ate at the Single Barrel one morning. I ordered one egg and a side of fruit. It was quick, good and fair prices. Another morning I walked to The Mill. This is a coffee place with muffins and sandwiches etc…there is room to sit but it isn’t a full breakfast place. The coffee is hot and good so I ended up going to get another plain latte later in the afternoon. Also in walking distance for a meal is Vincenzo’s. We are here for supper. It is Italian fare and we’ll done. The bread and salad were the highlight for me. These places are all just up the street from the Haymarket District where cute, eclectic and unique shops are located. Farmers markets are there as well. If you are looking for something different and unique…try here a The Graduate.
