McKinnis Roofing

Had a leaking door. Called Mckinnis and they said the leak was coming from a gutter and improper flashing. Ok great. Pay them $2k to fix the leak. And my door still leaks. When I called they played the run around game saying that oh we told you it needed more work yada yada and you agreed. No. I agreed to my door to stop leaking. And it doesnt. Make sure you get a clear quote and what they are fixing because my problem still exists. 0/10 stars.

McKinnis came out to our house to clean the gutters - we live around a lot of trees, so this is something we have to worry about each year. I knew McKinnis would have the right people and tools to perform the work. They did a great job, and the before and after photos prove the quality of work completed.

A few days ago, I came home to find that some water was leaking inside our home. This area has been troublesome for us, as we have been trying to source this leak for months. This time there was more water than normal. I reached out to McKinnis to see if they could come out and take a look at the issue. Steve from the Maintenance Dept. arrived very quickly after I called. After looking in our attic and checking some other areas, he concluded that it was not a roof leak. However, we did get some concrete information regarding what it could be and what we could try next. We greatly appreciate the time that Steve took to try and source the problem area.
