        They did repairs on my mom's house and while the repairs looked to be ok they also appear to have ignored spots that should have been fixed as well. Not sure why, but some looked to be right next to spots that were fixed. Not sure I'd hire them again.

        The roof crew were very professional and friendly. They worked fast and did an excellent job on our roof. Cleaned up the mess and, aside from the new roof, you would never know they had been here. Service: Roof damage repair

        Had a leaking door. Called Mckinnis and they said the leak was coming from a gutter and improper flashing. Ok great. Pay them $2k to fix the leak. And my door still leaks. When I called they played the run around game saying that oh we told you it needed more work yada yada and you agreed. No. I agreed to my door to stop leaking. And it doesnt. Make sure you get a clear quote and what they are fixing because my problem still exists. 0/10 stars.

      Hi Mike, We apologize in advance for any miscommunication with this project. I spoke to our Maintenance Department (Dave) and they confirmed that this project was completed about 6 months ago. The options given to your Mother were a la carte, meaning that they gave her a few options to choose from, so that might have included the areas that you are mentioning in the review. Also, further damage could have been caused since some time has passed, especially if there are some pesky critters causing problems. Please call our office at 402-426-2644 and ask for our Maintenance Dept. and they would be happy to further explain the project details. Thank you for letting us know.
