        The softener repair guy Justin is great. Dont let the delivery truck near your home. Im dealing with a rutted lawn and crushed sprinkler heads this morning. Elizabeth has promised to make things right so we shall see.

        From start to finish Lynzee was a pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable and efficient and explained the product choices well. John came and installed the unit and was super friendly and got the job done quickly! Our new water system looks great and it tastes like bottled water straight from the tap!

        Will not provide warranty work on brand new units without a $132 service fee. Sure the parts are covered, but not the service. Just go to a big box store and save yourself a ton of money and headache.
