I dropped my car to fix the driver side door that needed to be replaced. They didnt respect their own time line, would not notify changes or new findings unless I call and ask for the car status myself. After picking up the car, the driver side window would not go up or drown, my air bag warming light came on and stays on, left rear mirror adjustment not working, car makes locking noise when I open driver door while vehicle is on Service: Body & Trim

Accident damage repair. Took more than a week past scheduled completion and did not give me timely updates. Very disappointed with their cavalier attitude. As someone who worked many years in the customer service field I suggest they could have worked nights, weekends or holidays to keep customer promises. I do not recommend this business to Farmers customers. *updatedid positively later deal with some concerns but prefer more timeliness. May try again sometime & give another chance.
