        So I returned something from Amazon Monday night the 18th 2024. The store was pretty slow. There were 3 people ahead of me also returning Amazon items. When the first person was done I noticed that she rolled her eyes as she walked away. Then as the lady ahead of me was returning her stuff the employee started complaining about how they have to do the returns for Amazon. How they dont get any extra pay for doing it and neither does Kohls. As I sympathize with her I also thought that the customers dont know that information and they dont realize that they are being an imposition.
