A shady company at best, basically the owner, is a criminal known as a "Patent troll" who takes advantage of loopholes in the market system that allow him to obtain the rights to one or more patents in order to profit by means of licensing or litigation, rather than by producing its own goods or services. The company does nothing more than constantly sue other companies using lame overreaching vague patents, then convincing juries through slanderous means to rule in their favor against much larger companies doing legitimate business. A patent troll dreams of these large companies paying a "licensing fee" in order to avoid more expensive litigation costs.
