OCi Services has been using CBRE for quite a while. Chuck Rickenbaugh is the individual that services our building, and he does a fantastic job. I couldn't imagine maintaining our building without him.

I was recommended to Cole Scott and Bennett Janecek at CBRE for commercial spaces from a friend. I couldnt recommend these two more, being in a tricky situation with my previous landlord/realtor my business had to find a new commercial space within a month. These guys made it happen even with the short amount of time given and I couldnt be more happier in our new space! I moved from Washington D.C. back to Omaha to start my own business. My first call was to Dale and Cole Scott at CBRE to give them the vision for the business and tasked them with finding me some options. Before the original call was over they had a spot in mind for me and it was, indeed, the winner.
