    I would love to rate their work but after 60 days they never started. The salesman missed appointments and had phone and truck problems. When I went to legally cancel after 60 days they kept my downpayment( that I delivered to their business to help out salesman). I was told insurance would cover all costs and I warned the salesman that was my budget. Salesman told me MY PORTION would be close to 30,000 the owner said closer to 23,000.     Tony Aguilar met with my insurance adjuster and I couldn't have asked for better service. Tony made me feel at ease and answered any and all the questions I had. I have referred Tony onto a couple more neighbors and reassured them their experience will be amazing! I highly recommend Tony as your rep and will always call Home Pride in the future.     6.24.2022 There is nothing "Prideful" about this company. I will preface the following by saying that Tiffany at the front desk was an absolutely amazing person. She worked so hard to get these people to repair my roof. Besides that, my whole experience was absolutely ATROCIOUS. The first person I was working with was Donnie. Donnie came out to my house, took pictures, and assured me that they were gonna get the job done. This was in March. When I received his scope of work, I was surprised to see that not all of the problems he told me about were on this. This was about a week or so after he first visited. Beginning week of April. April 21. I spoke to Donnie who said he would get with the project manager and would arrange a plan to repair my roof. I called, left a message. No response. I called, left a message. No response. I called Tiffany, she assured me she'll have him call me. No response. I called Tiffany, she is going to get with the supervisor Matt and ensure this issue is handled. This is within the last two weeks of May. Unsure of the exact date. I receive a call from David. My file has been transferred to him. We do the entire process over again. He comes out, looks at everything, takes pictures. He's going to get with Matt and figure out how to approach this "the right way" A week or so later (June 9), I call Tiffany as I haven't heard from David. She transfers me to his phone. I leave a message. I call Tiffany back, and she also send a message to David to call me. June 10, I call David again. No answer. June 14, I call Tiffany, she states they have been extremely busy and Matt and David haven't been able to meet. She will send a message to David to find out when. She calls me and says I should hear from David within 24 hours. June 16, I call David and am sent immediately to voicemail. I call Tiffany who seems surprised David hasn't called me yet. She'll let Matt know and have David call me. June 17, I call David and am sent straight to voicemail. I call Tiffany and she tells me Matt and David are going to meet the next day and I should hear Monday or Tuesday. June 24, I call David and he does answer the phone. He still has not met with Matt, but he's going to try to meet with him after his morning meeting. He tells me that he'll make sure he meets with Oscar as he "has a plan set up." I ask to be part of this conversation. David agrees and said I should get a call between 10:30 and 11. At 11:07, I receive a call from Tony. My file has been passed to him and he'd like to know what's going on. At this point, I'm so frustrated that I tell him "that's ridiculous." and "I am so done with you guys." I call the front desk and unfortunately Tiffany isn't available. The girl at the front desk didn't seem to care whatsoever about what I've gone through, and makes zero attempts to actually resolve how I've been treated other than "I can pass on a message" Edited to Add: per owners response, only cares about how theyre getting paid. Does not address main issue of never getting calls back.
