SERVPRO of Henderson/Boulder City

I met two young ladies working at a house around the corner I ask about their company. Found out that you do carpets. They gave me a card . I called later that day and was able to get the job done two days later. The young men were very kind and considerate. I had to leave after they got here. The crew that came out to service our office John, Hector and Coty, along with the Dawn, who coordinated the service, where efficient, informative, and had a pleasant attitude throughout. Their response time was remarkable and very helpful, making what could have been a stressful situation very smooth. I pride myself on customer service and seek it out as well. Which is why I have previously utilized their services and will continue. Thank you for your greatness. You all are amazing. :-)

The service was prompt, efficient and explained to us thoroughly. Jeff and Hector are outstanding employees and deserve recognition for their work on our property.
