I was looking for a wig for a friend from out of town and looked up Hollywood Hair and saw that it was open until 8 pm as noted on the website. I got to the store and apparently they had just closed. It was 7:02 pm. The sign on the door also stated closing time was 8 pm. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE to have your website and door sign state one thing but your business closes an hour earlier. We went across the street to another wig retailer and were pleasantly greeted and the service was excellent. While there another young woman came in and said she was at H.H. but it was already closed. We bought a $120 wig and the young lady bought a $320 wig. So in less than 30 minutes H.H. could have made and extra $440 for the day. The ignorance of the business lost 2 paying customers!

Absolutely no selection! Extremely small venue... almost the size of a living room. Eight wigs to choose from, that's not a typo....8 whole wigs that aren't the least bit stylish. Not sure how this business is still open. Drove across town for nothing. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, save for time & gas.

This store closes well before 8:00pm. I have went out of my way 3+ times only to find the doors locked :(
