They were at my house within a few hours of my water heater going out and had the new unit installed within a day. The service was quick and I wasn't without hot water for too long.

Repaired a leaky shower with a new cartridge. They installed the incorrect cartridge and handle with a hacksaw. I no longer have hot water in my master bath. This company was sent by home warranty company so I guess you get what you pay for.
