Spencer has an impact on people and organizations because he a) is a dynamic and enthusiastic keynote speaker, trainer and coach - a commanding presence, b) is incredibly knowledgeable on a wide range of topics relating to executive leadership and team performance, and c) actually genuinely cares about his clients. I've known and worked with him since 2005, in a variety of capacities. People matter to Spencer. He wants them to be successful. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Spencer and I have hosted a podcast on team performance. Every week I feel like I get a master class on the topic. Spencer and his amazing guests bring unique and interesting insights that resonate with me, especially during these uncertain times. I recently attended an online sales workshop that Spencer conducted. It was packed with useful, timely and relevant information.
