        Pricing is high and ear piercing is not "free" like the claim. I spent about $100.

        Called at 6:00 to make an appointment for 7:00 for my daughter (3 months old) could get her ears pierced. Got there at 7:20 and apologized for being late and the blond was just so rude! I wouldn't let her touch my child even if she paid me to do it.. Horrible customer service and will never go back THERE again. Told her my husband changed his mind because her attitude was just awful. YUCK!

        I love piercing pagoda. I own more or less 30 jewelries from them. I brought my two daughters (@5months old& 4months old) to them for their first ear piercing and it was done safely and successfully. Every pieces at their store is affordable and has great quality. Highly recommended!!!
