        poor service, the store was practically empty. just a machine working to make copies, there was a teacher printing eternal handouts. so i decided to go straight to the counter, my god what a bad idea. It is necessary to make a pre-registration on the machine and wait for service, just another person known to the employee arrived and started to be attended to before everyone else, I waited AWESOME 25 minutes with a single copy and had to leave. incredible the terrible service, I will never come back

        Kim had a very bad attitude and you could tell she hated her job. She told me she’s not redoing the print job after messing up the printing after 1 try and she was clearly in a rush to close the store even though she took forever and could care less about what was requested. I am very unhappy with her attitude and service and I definitely will not be back to this location.
