    Staff: great Convenience: great Quality: great Overall had a quick and quality experience. Looked around a bit and everything looked to be well maintained and stocked with a solid selection of office products you may want/need as well as school supply’s. Business seemed to be average and it doesn’t seem covid has really stopped people from going out as much anymore. Everyone was respectful of the current rules in place. Overall would recommend.

    Ordered a new desk online and it was available for pickup within the hour, as promised. After I arrived at the store, I tapped the “Curbside” button in the order email, and a friendly store employee promptly wheeled out the box to my car, and loaded it into the trunk. The desk itself is nice - a hydraulic workspace that can raise for standing, so I’m not sitting down all day. Good job Office Depot! Recommended.

I was shopping for an ergonomic office chair, and she took the time to understand where I was coming from and gave me some really great insights. So grateful I came to this particular Office Depot, thank you Jaime!!

    I was here to get a notebook bound. I've had the process done before and it takes about 5-10 minutes. I waited my turn (two people in front of me) for about 15-20 minutes (they had their orders fulfilled at the time. One person for about 10 minutes, the other was faster). When I got up I handed my paper to be bound then waited while a new guy and the trainer discussed binding my book. Without getting into to much detail, they experimented on my paper, asked me to prepay, and then told me I can wait my turn while they deal with the other customers. The estimated time of wait? They don't know, but I can come back if I want. I found that unacceptable and decided to take my paper and leave. Ended up wasting my time, having 1/3 my paper hole punched and not bounded, and generally not a good time. Rates 1 star because I've never had a good experience here, this is just the last time I'll bother.

    I see pretty good reviews from other people, but my experience with the computer service of this office depot branch has been extremely poor. As of this moment they have my PC for four whole weeks with not so much an update of what they are doing. For the first two weeks things were normal and I got called by one of their staffs (Jamie) at least once a week for updates. But suddenly they stopped letting me know what's the status of my PC. I have called twice, each time after waiting a long time over phone, I have been told their computer tech will contact me as soon as they are free. Three times I stopped by physically and each time I have been promised the same thing that their tech is busy and they will ensure their tech will contact me to update me. I don't know if the definition of poor customer service has changed recently, but in my opinion this is true representation of incompetence. When I entrusted their service and left my PC with them to be repaired, it means I trusted them with my property, but with this disrespectful and dishonest behavior I do not trust them anymore. I am still waiting to see if anyone of their staff would finally contact me. If you cannot fix the computer, you need to be honest and say we were unable to fix it. So I can take it somewhere else to be fixed. I could have got faster results if I had sent it to the manufacturer. Let me be clear I am not upset if they are unable to fix it, but I am upset that their techs refuse to show their face and talk to me when I am there or over phone.... I hope the manager of this branch reads this comment and contacts me directly. Because I have serious suspicions. This is the least I expect from them.
