        False advertising. They charge more and their advertised prices are even more in the store. I will never go to OD unless i really really need to. lost my business for good.

        Phone Customer service lack professionalism when resolving order disputes. Severly unhappy with print order: refused to refund even after I placed and paid for a 2nd order to correct dissatisfaction with 1st order. Any future orders will definitely not be on where orders are paid for in advance

The associates all are very knowledgeable and helpful.
