        She hung up the phone while I was ordering. And when I arrived at the restaurant and asked why, she said she didn't talk to the customer for a long time. The restaurant had only two customers and was not busy. The bean sprouts and meat was less than half that of other restaurant. Above all, I felt so bad when I ordered and I will never go PHO O.C.
