I have been working with Northern for over 20 years.. They are the best in town. I finally got my best friend to switch a few months ago and Faye saved her hundreds of dollars per year on her insurance.. Faye is phenomenal. A multi tasking machine. She can find you the best rates and knows the ins and ours of Insurance here in Reno like no other. I can't say enough good things about her and the owner Bruce. Although you barely ever see him because Faye does it all around there. Such a refreshing change from the high rates and impersonal service online.

Love!! Love!!! Love this place. Faye is always friendly and helpful. Shes just a joy and it might sound ridiculous but I actually look forward to going in and making my insurance payment every month. Thanks Faye your the best!!!
