I have used farmers and other insurance including Allstate in different states. The experience I had with Reno office is definitely the best of all kind. I have been with Sierra West Allstate for about 2 years and would highly recommend them. Patti Dacus is an excellent agent- prompt at returning phone calls, honest, nice and so thorough. She caught a huge mistake our last agent had made that could have cost of thousands. I highly recommend Patti and Sierra West Insurance.

If you're looking for a personal insurance agent I got one GIA from Sierra West Allstate. I've been with them for many years Gia is the Best. She always keep you inform ways to protect me and my family on what's important to us, better coverages and yet saving money whether pertains to our auto insurance or Homeowners insurance. She's very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their products. She's fast and articulate in helping you from new quotes, getting binders for DMV purposes and most importantly she remembers to follow up on things I sometimes forget. I’ve known Brock for over 3 years and he has helped me with every aspect of my insurance needs.
