Rachelle Wolf American Family Insurance

Have been a customer for 10 years. This company constantly lets you down, fails to follow up and are generally useless. Everything we ask for they say they are going to take care of and never do. We finally have an accident, first and only one, and they immediately back track on the policy. We specifically asked for zero deductible but magically our accident wasnt under the zero deductible policy. This company and the people who work there are an absolute joke. Go any where else.

Rachelle Wolf is amazing, friendly, professional and shes patient and takes the time to answer any and all of our questions. Shes gone over the top to provide us with what we need for our car insurance. Shes been our insurance agent for over 5 years and we will never be looking else where! If youre looking for a insurance agent dont look else where youve already found the perfect one!
